YOUR RIGHTS
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives every Data Principal a set of rights against the organisations that hold their personal data. That includes us. You can ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Write to contact@indisec.com with “Data request” in the subject line. We will confirm receipt and tell you who is handling it.
